About the role:
- Provide leadership, support, and development to a dedicated team of staff.
- Encourage your team to promote hope, empowerment, choices, and opportunities and to reach their full potential.
- Ensure seamless integration and coordination between outreach, hospital liaison, and community-based alcohol services, fostering ajoined-up approach to service user care and support.
- Lead on operational delivery of alcohol-specific interventions.
