IPS Project Coordinator

Our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services help people into meaningful employment as part of their recovery journey. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IPS Project Coordinator to join our national team and support the development and implementation of high-quality IPS services across the organisation.

 

 

The Role:

Reporting to the IPS National Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring our IPS services meet best practice standards and achieve strong outcomes for the people we support. You will work collaboratively with our IPS teams, treatment services, and external partners to drive service improvement, deliver training, and champion the benefits of competitive employment in recovery.

 

Location: Flexible, based anywhere within one of our services (with national travel).
Full Time Salary Range: £37,610.99 to £39,302.37 (dependent of experience)

Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time 

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours

  • Champion best practices – Support Change Grow Live’s vision for excellence in IPS, ensuring high standards are embedded across our services.
  • Be a trusted resource – Offer guidance and foster collaboration, sharing knowledge to strengthen service delivery.
  • Support and advise teams – Provide expertise to IPS Senior Employment Specialists, helping meet key targets and data requirements.
  • Contribute to strategy – Bring insights and ideas to IPS meetings and working groups to enhance service impact.
  • Empower through training – Help develop and deliver training, tools, and resources that strengthen IPS knowledge and skills.
  • Promote inclusive employment – Advocate for meaningful work as a key part of recovery, ensuring services are accessible and widely recognised.
  • Build strong networks – Co-facilitate IPS staff forums, encouraging collaboration and shared learning.
  • Support service development – Contribute to policy and ensure consistency in IPS implementation.
  • Encourage continuous improvement – Help teams prepare for fidelity reviews and enhance service quality.
  • Nurture talent – Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and creating an inclusive, supportive environment.
  • Represent Change Grow Live – Engage in external forums, showcasing our commitment to collaboration and service excellence.
  • Step in when needed – Provide cover for the IPS National Lead, ensuring smooth leadership transitions.
