Our Camden Service is recruiting a Data Administrator to become a valuable member of our team.

 

In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our Entry into Service team, contributing to the efficient operational delivery of this element of service. Your responsibilities will include effective and accurate data inputting and reporting, as well as ensuring all calls and visits from those accessing our services are handled promptly and courteously.

Where: Camden

Hours: Full time. 37.5 hours per week 

Salary: £23,497.50 - £24,466.99 Based on full time, dependant on experience, Pro Rata

Allowance: Inner London Weighting £4,072.06

Responsibilities

About the Role

  • Recording: To support the team to manage referrals into the service, providing accurate recording of attendance at appointments and forward planning next appointments, to ensure all individuals accessing EiS are placed in the correct areas of treatment and recovery support.
  • Data Entry: Support with entering Triages and personalised assessments onto service user records.
  • Data collection: Support the collation and submission of statistical data and information that ensures the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining Databases: maintain and update local and central databases and provide timely and accurate data and information.
  • Service Coordination:   telephone and reception duties, building management, support of telecommunication and IT systems to ensure that substance users consistently receive high quality services.  
  • Primary Contact: Be the main port of call for all Entry into Service data relating matters as well as undertake regular and ad hoc requests from the Services Manager/Regional Data Co-ordinator, and other CGL Senior Management.
  • Health and Safety: To be building health and safety lead (alongside management) – ensuring all national CGL policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.

About You

  • Office Skills: Knowledge of general office procedures and minute-taking experience.
  • IT Proficiency: Skilled in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, data entry and data collection systems (eg. NDTMS, Public Health etc)
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond appropriately to requests for assistance.
  • Communication: Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional Attitude: Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude toward those accessing our service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work flexibly as a team member.
