As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential.
You will work across Manchester and Tameside and in the main will be located in National Probation Service locations. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing including the National Probation Service, GMP and the Prison Service offering a wide range of treatment interventions and programmes. You will work with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives and promote recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination.
You will provide assessments for people with alcohol and substance misuse issues and with our Doctors, NMP’s and Wellbeing Nurses you will provide case management support and healthcare interventions for individuals accessing the service.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £27,449.52 - £31,529.41 per annum (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time hours).
Contract Type: 12 months fixed term contract from start date.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
