As a Foundations of PW Advisor with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

 

The post holder will work as an integral part of CGL and hold a dual role of delivering Foundations of PW and managing a caseload of service users referred into service via the National Probation Service.  The successful applicant will deliver Foundations of PW across the Northumberland and Tyne and Wear region.

 

Where: Tyne and Wear 

Full Time Hours:  37.5 a week 

Full Time Salary Range: £27,449.52 - £31,529.41 (pro rata for part time hours) 

Contract Type: Perm 

Responsibilities

You will be delivering sessions to male adults that are referred from the National Probation Service, to work towards improving their Personal Wellbeing and to encourage positive integration into society.

 

Under the supervision of the CGL National Team Leader and integrated within the Ingeus Hub provision, you will deliver flexibly on a rolling basis CGL’s Foundations of Personal Wellbeing, which comprises of 10 modules:

  • The Road to Desistance Part 1 and 2
  • Road Map to Desistance
  • Values and Acceptance Commitment Therapy
  • Thinking Behaviour Cycles and Mindtraps
  • Communication Skills
  • Developing Change Capital
  • Connection and Support Networks
  • Self-Compassion and Wellbeing
  • Reparation and Citizenship

 

 

You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
