Believe in People?
The best people have one thing in common.
They care.
At Change Grow Live, our commitment to making a difference in the lives of those who use our services is unwavering. We provide support, respect, and a safe environment, where we tailor our approach to each individual's needs to find the best treatment and support options.
Guided by our core values of being open, compassionate and bold, our team embodies these principles daily, striving to empower individuals to reshape their lives, foster personal growth, and embrace life to its fullest.
An exciting role has become available for a Recovery Coordinator within our Intensive Support Team. The Intensive Support Team sits within our Severe Multiple Disadvantage (SMD) Programme, offering high level support for those that have additional barriers in accessing services.
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will take a holistic approach in supporting people in their recovery from substance use. As part of the Intensive Support Team, your job will be to work with people to identify how we can support them better, and what we can do to create ‘equity’ in accessing support. This will involve close multi-agency working, recognising that people experiencing Severe Multiple Disadvantage often face challenges across more than one area (mental ill-health, housing issues and homelessness, domestic abuse, and involvement in the criminal justice system).
