We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our Digital Development team and drive enhancements to our software systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across our national organisation, helping to improve processes and provide valuable support for both our staff and the people who use our services.

 

Where: Leeds

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary: £49,212.09 - £51,449.61 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, pro rata for part time).

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

Role Summary
As a Business Analyst, you’ll lead initiatives to analyse and improve software and process changes across Change Grow Live. Key responsibilities include

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and leading on requirements gathering activities
  • Developing clear specifications and assisting with solution design, testing and implementation activities
  • Communicating effectively across technical and non technical audiences

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience collaborating with software development teams
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively in an evolving environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts

The role requires high-level organisation, excellent IT skills, the ability to prioritise and work independently, as well as contributing effectively to a geographically disparate team.
