What are we doing with your data?
Change Grow Live use the data you provide us with as part of your application process for recruitment purposes only.
Your application form will be used to shortlist you. If you are successful in being appointed, this data (alongside any other personal data we collect via the recruitment process) will create your HR record with Change Grow Live.
We also collect Equality and Diversity information when you apply for a job with us. It is optional whether you complete this section or not but we would encourage you to, so that we can keep improving and ensuring processes are as fair and inclusive as possible.
The equality information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be used for monitoring purposes only. Recruiting managers will not have access to your Equality and Diversity information. It won’t affect your application if you don’t complete the form.
How long will we store your data for?
If you are successful, this data will form the basis of your HR record and will be stored in line with Change Grow Live’s privacy / documents storage policy. We will store your data while you are employed by us, and retain it for six years after you have left Change Grow Live.
If you are unsuccessful and do not apply for another role with Change Grow Live via our system your data will be deleted after twelve months. At any time you are able to remove your personal data from our recruitment system. Please click here for further information.
