We are seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator to lead our dynamic team of administrators in Birmingham’s South Service Hub, to provide comprehensive and effective administrative managment. You will support the Services Manager to ensure office stystems, quality assurance, CQC and Health & Safety to ensure contractual requirements are met.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary: £27,449.53 - £29,093.39 depending on experience, pro rata for part time hours

Responsibilities

The Role:

  • As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from
    service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and
    courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.
  • To minute take at team and other meetings.
  • To collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.
  • To maintain and assist with the setting up of a general filing system within the project.
  • To monitor and order office stationery/requirements.
  • To maintain and balance local petty cash systems under the direction of the Team Leader

About You:

To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who has:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
  • Solid numeric skills.
  • Good organisational skills
  • A mature, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
  • Understand and have a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity and diversity.
