Salary: £43,814.50 - £48,183.48 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, Pro Rata for part time hours) 

Hours: Full Time, 37.5h per week

Location: Southwalk

Allowances: £4072.06 Inner London Weighting, Pro Rata

Responsibilities

  • Motivated Leadership: Your role involves being an enthusiastic, creative leader dedicated to nursing excellence. Inspire and lead our nursing team toward success.

  • Clinical Expertise: Develop and deliver clinical, health, and wellbeing interventions that empower individuals on their recovery journey.

  • Supervision: Provide clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team, ensuring everyone reaches their full potential.

  • Service Excellence: Contribute to service development, ensuring high-quality interventions adhering to best practice guidelines and professional standards.

  • Clinical Excellence: Showcase your clinical prowess, monitoring, auditing, and sustaining best practices across our locations in Camberwell.
