An exciting opportunity has arisen within the CGL Inspire Service in East Lancashire. This is a full-time 6-month fixed term/Secondment position for the post of Data Administrator. Our Administrator team here at Change Grow Live play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, providing data and administrative support to our teams, enabling them to focus on delivering our services, and ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.

Full Time Hours:  37.5 per week 

Full TIme Salary: £23,497,50 to £24,466,99 pro rata for part time

Contract: 6 months fixed term/ Secondment

Responsibilities

Responsibilities about the role:

  • Update and maintain data when required within our in-house databases.
  • Support the data analyst and wider team to collect and manage the data requirements for the services, including the collation and monitoring of several different data systems both internal and external.
  • Summarise and explain gathered/ data results to different audiences in a way that aids understanding.
  • Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that service users' data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Other data administrative duties as required with the role.

 

About you:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act within professional boundaries.
  • Experience in communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Understanding of Drug and Alcohol services (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of working in an office environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Required experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and other word-processing tools.
  • • You will have high attention to detail, accuracy and a good data entry skillset.
  • • Essential, working in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines are essential.
