Due to our continued commitment in supporting people suffering with substance misuse problems, Change Grow Live are looking for a Recovery Coordinator - Specialist In-Hospital Liaison to join our busy Birmingham service working in Queen Elizabeth hospital.
Our ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to offer brief interventions to patients in a hospital setting, supporting them to access drug and alcohol treatment This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working within a similar field looking to take the next step in their career with a charity that will support your continued personal and professional development.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 (pro rata for part time hours)
