As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding people on their journey towards recovery and personal growth. 

 

The Project Manager will lead our Opiate and Alcohol treatment teams, be the Safegarding lead for the Service and develop partnerships accross York.

 

Working closely with your Service Manager and wider senior leadership team, you will provide senior operational leadership and strategic support to CRS services within your locality, including service performance, line management/leadership, budget control and strategic stakeholder engagement.

You will have strong, evidence-based leadership and culture change skills, ensuring high quality services are still being delivered consistently that adhere to best practice guidelines during this transition.

 

Where: York 

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary: £39,302.37- £43,814.50 (dependent on experience). pro rata for part time hours

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide excellent line management and supervision for your project Team Leaders and/or Service Managers.
  • Lead on the development of the service to provide easily accessible, non-judgemental, and confidential services, which support service users in working to towards their goals.
  • In collaboration with local Service(s) Managers, maintain close working relationships with local commissioning bodies and other key stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Supported by your Service Manager, be the lead for Safeguarding for the Service.
  • Develop and maintain a network of partnerships to ensure multi agency approaches and promotion of the service.
  • Through values-based leadership, ensure services are safe, effective, caring and responsive.

 

To excel in this role: 

We're looking for someone with:

  • Considerable experience in managerial roles within health and social care services, combined with a deep commitment to delivering top-tier services, fostering an ambitious and focused culture that believes in positive behavior change for all.
  • A proven understanding of performance management frameworks, effective governance, and quality assurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of available recovery pathways across various treatment and recovery systems, spanning community, residential, and prison settings.
  • Skillful in project management and leading service operations.

  • Considerable Safeguarding knowledge.
  • Proven history of supervising staff and conducting performance appraisals, nurturing growth and development.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important, as you'll be responsible for ensuring that client data is recorded accurately and producing reports in a timely manner.
