We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Data Administrator to join our  Brighton & Hove Service.

This role will have a quality assurance and developmental role, which will include devising and undertaking audits of service delivery. In addition to staff coaching regarding the use of performance outcomes within treatment to measure progress and devising and delivering training and workshop sessions to promote best practice  

  

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary Range: £23,497.50 - £23,685.20 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time) 

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract from employment date.

Responsibilities

About the Role

  • Data collection: Support the collation and submission of statistical data and information that ensures the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining Databases: maintain and update local and central databases and provide timely and accurate data and information.
  • Service Coordination: Administrate petty cash management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, telephone and reception duties, building management, support of telecommunication and IT systems to ensure that substance users consistently receive high quality services.  
  • Primary Contact: Be the main port of call for all data relating matters as well as undertake regular and ad hoc requests from the Services Manager/Regional Data Co-ordinator, London Data Manager, and other CGL Senior Management 
  • Health and Safety: To be building health and safety lead (alongside management) – ensuring all national CGL policies and procedures are implemented and maintained

About You

  • Office Skills: Knowledge of general office procedures and minute-taking experience.
  • IT Proficiency: Skilled in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, data entry and data collection systems (eg. NDTMS, Public Health etc)
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond appropriately to requests for assistance.
  • Communication: Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional Attitude: Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude toward those accessing our service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work flexibly as a team member.
