We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our phenomenally successful West Sussex Under 25s Drug & Alcohol Service, part of the wider CGL Young Persons & Families Service.
Our Young Person Resilience Workers play an integral role within Change Grow Live, engaging young people in a range of interventions, using a young person-centred approach, and empowering our young service users to reduce risk, increase resilience and lead a safe, happy, and healthy lives.
We will support you to develop the skills to work effectively with young people who use drugs and alcohol and an ability to work confidently with other agencies and professionals. You will be delivering assessment, harm reduction and treatment interventions, to young people, across West Sussex on an outreach basis.Our service provides support across West Sussex with an outreach element to it. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is required.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41
