Our Strategy and Partnerships team are looking to recruit a Research Support Assistant to support the co-ordination, planning and delivery of research and evaluation projects as well as develop our digital resources to support internal and external stakeholders.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full time Salary Range: £31,529.41 - £34,700.09 dependent on experience (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time hours

The Research Support Assistant will be part of our national Strategy and Partnerships Team. The team places a strong emphasis on gathering the evidence base, building partnerships and sharing learning to improve service delivery and influence national and local policy.
Your main purpose will be to support Change Grow Live’s expanding research programme. You will assist the co-ordination, planning and delivery of research and evaluation projects focussed on improving the lives of the people who use our services. You will help facilitate research carried out in our services by external partners, support our internal research governance processes and help share our learning.
The Research Support Assistant will oversee the development and maintenance of our digital resources. Alongside the Strategy and Partnerships team, you will also work closely with internal teams such as Communications, Operations, Business Development and Service User Involvement.
The role offers hybrid working from home and from one of our regional offices in London, Brighton, Leeds, or Manchester, with travel to the office expected for team meetings.
