Do you want to work for an organisation that believes in people?
Then you might be perfect for the new Outreach Worker position on the Change Grow Live Brighton & Hove Street Outreach team.
Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a Outreach Worker, supporting rough sleeping individuals throughout their treatment journey and successfully supporting their move on into suitable housing arrangements.
