Exciting Opportunity: Recovery Worker

 

Are you experienced, skilled, and passionate about making a meaningful difference? We're looking for a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join our team. You will be engaging and assessing individuals using our service, ensuring they receive personalised interventions catering to their unique needs.

 

This role allows for flexibility, with early and late shifts

 

Where: Newham

Allowances:  £4072.06 Inner London Weighting, pro rata

Part Time Hours: 22.5hrs per week

Full Time Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 dependent on experience, based om full time hours, pro rata if part time

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Join our team in Newham and play a pivotal role in:

  • Supporting service users throughout their treatment journey.
  • Conducting assessments and developing personalised recovery plans.
  • Advocating for access to partnership services.
  • Collaborating with individuals to facilitate social integration and recovery.

About You:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid understanding of substance misuse issues.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Proactive and independent work ethic.
  • Knowledge of mental health interventions and services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
