An exciting opportunity has arisen within Spectrum for you to join a dynamic team committed to supporting people with drug and/or alcohol issues on their recovery journey. As a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
The role of the Criminal Justice recovery worker will mainly support people coming through integrated offender management service as well as other areas of criminal justice involvement including courts and probation.
This role includes one-to-one key work, delivering our group work programmes, case management and interacting with partner agencies, particularly police, prisons, probation and courts, to ensure people accessing Spectrum can improve and change their lives.
Where: Based in Stevenage however this is a countywide role and will occasionally require you to travel
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 pro rata for part time (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract of 6 Months
Allowances: £683.99 Outer London Fringe, Pro rata

Please note you will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required therefore it is essential to hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car. This role requires an enhanced DBS and Police/Prison clearance.
