We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Inspire Lancashire Education, Training & Employment (ETE) team as an Employment & Training Co-ordinator.

The post holder will be responsible for managing a small caseload of ETE clients across The Bay . The successful candidate will be working across our Inspire projects in Lancaster and Morecambe with a dedicated base at one of these sites to be confirmed and will also be part of a wider community based substance misuse treatment team.

Where: Morecambe, Lancashire 

Part Time Hours: 22.5 per week across 3 or 4 days with flexibility around working days / hours per day.

Full Time Salary: £27449.52 - £31529.41 dependent on experience, pro rata for part time 

The successful applicant will have:

• Experience of working in Education or Training, Employment Placement or Welfare to Work
• Information, Advice and Guidance Qualification or a willingness to work towards
• Up to date knowledge of the benefit system
• Good IT skills, able to create and maintain accurate records and high-quality written reports
• An awareness of the barriers faced by people with complex needs when trying to access Education, Training and Employment opportunities
• A flair for developing productive relationships with a variety of internal colleague’s and stakeholders
