We are currently seeking a resilient Senior Worker - Pathways Coordinator to join our team.

At Camden RTS, we are committed to helping individuals transition off the streets by offering compassionate support and connecting them with vital health and social care services. Our goal is to create pathways toward stable housing and well-being.

 

Full Time Salary Range: £31,529.41 - £33,708.57 (pro rata for part time hours)
Allowances: £4,072.06 Inner London Weighting (pro rata for part time)
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Senior Worker Pathways Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage referrals: Coordinate the smooth transition of individuals from RTS to Camden hostels.
  • Coordinate short-term placements: Work with hotels, backpacker hostels, and B&B accommodations to arrange temporary stays.
  • Liaise with accommodation providers: Build and maintain relationships with hostel staff through regular visits and collaboration.
  • Represent Camden RTS: Work with external agencies to create effective plans for individuals with complex needs.
  • Work within an integrated team: Provide support to the RTS hub and outreach teams as needed.
  • Commit to safeguarding: Ensure the appropriate management of safeguarding concerns related to those facing homelessness.

About You:

  • Experience and knowledge: You have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience within the homelessness sector.
  • Communication: You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal, with solid IT skills.
  • Proactive and organised: You are independent, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Mental health knowledge: You possess a working knowledge of mental health interventions and services.
  • Collaboration: You work well with various stakeholders and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding: You are committed to safeguarding and governance principles.
  • Continuous learner: You are eager to learn and grow within your role.
